Every event you host is guaranteed to bring an average of 8 to 14 customers per poker table, and they typically stay anywhere from 2 to 5 hours. We track each player, how long they were there, and add up the total player hours at the end of the night. If we didn't meet this goal, you automatically receive a discount on your next invoice.
Increased Exposure
We are always signing up new players and encouraging them to check out our venues. When you join 4 Aces our players will be your customers even during times when there is not an active poker event. As our player base grows, so will your recurring business.
Guaranteed Profits
We guarantee you will make a profit every calendar month. It is almost unheard of for our venues to not make a profit, but if that happens we will discount automatically in most cases. If you are ever unhappy with your invoice, just talk to us, and we'll work it out so that you are happy, guaranteed.
No Hassle
We are absolutely adamant that we will be the least-hassle poker league with which you will ever deal. Our dealers are responsible for setting up at the beginning of an event, and for putting everything back exactly the way you want it when the event is over. They will also sweep the area and clean the tables, if needed, to ensure you and your staff are not inconvenienced in any way. All you have to do is serve food and drinks like you would any other customers.

Easy Billing
Beginning in January 2017, the first 4 events will be completely free of charge. After that, we can provide either paper invoices, or emailed invoices. These will be delivered towards the end of the month and must be paid by the 10th of the following month in order to receive a 10% discount. You can receive up to $39 per event in discounts. The more you help us by promoting your events, the less we charge.
Budget Tracking
We know it can be difficult to separate poker sales from regular sales. If you are ever concerned about how much your sales have increased, we can provide a fairly accurate estimate at your request. We do not give our players chip bonuses in exchange for sales receipts, as this is illegal in all 50 states. However, we do track the amount of time each player was in a game and we can provide fairly accurate estimates for each event.
Easy Setup
Your first month is completely free and you don't have to sign a contract or worry about billing. Just let us know which night of the week is best for you. We will arrange a time to meet with you in person. This meeting will last approximately 10 to 15 minutes. We will talk about where to set up, exact times (events are typically 4 hours each), and we will work out a plan for promotion. In general, we recommend promoting your new poker night for 2 weeks in advance. After your 3rd poker event, we will revisit everything to see where improvements can be made, and we will set up a future billing arrangement.
